Bad credit record Due to Incapable Staff

Some time last year I was in Edgars Shopping, as an employee approached me and asked me to open an account absolutely free with no obligations and great rewards. I asked him a few times if there will be any charges and he assured me there will not be. Just as he finished processing my account another lady told me that they are lying and that I will receive a monthly bill.<br> I demanded him to stop immediately and cancel that account. I was so upset that I did not shop further and left all of my things there. The card he handed me, I broke in two and told him that tricking people into opening an account is really shocking !<br> Since I've received monthly bills, and No amount of emails to their accounts department helps. The amount keeps increasing and Still I am struggeling.<br> Thank you for messing up my Credit Record Edgars ! for an Account that I do not even Have !!!!!
