Bad credit record

Wow. I am stunned this morning to see how many people are sitting with the same problem as I am. Also bought on my account for the first time after RCS took over Edgars. Now after 3 payment I made and several calls and mails to them and proof of payment my money is just not being allocated. The worst is they have the cheek to phone and ask why your account is in arrears,? My name will be made bad because of their incompetence. I don't know where to turn to get this resolved.
