BAD CREDIT RECORD

In short I bought goods in Edgars from October 2020, I returned some of the items and bought them cash and some on account and I refunded them back

I got message in November 2020 that my balance is 3000 couple rand then i started query they told me in store clearwater the refunds takes up to 24 months to update since RCS took over.

From October 2020 till mid February 2021 I v` been requesting detailed statement that will show all the purchases and returns on my account they kept on promising that they will send the statement they kept on recording my complaint but nothing is happening.I told them my record is getting bad name from the be rue. I made several calls and e-mail to them but till today I never got statement from them.

According to my knowledge I don`t owe edgars my last payment to them it was end of January 2021.

All I need from them is to send me a statement from October 2020 till today that I don`t owe them.
