Bad Client Service/False Advertising

A week ago 28 November 2016, Edgars advertised in the sunday times jewlery gift, and the advert stated "call the fashion hotline on.......... for delivery to your nearest store. When I phoned the hotline I was told the need a bar code or a a SU number was required before they could assist me, the customer service ladt said that she could not help me without this as she is not able to look the product up on their system, and put the phone down on me. I then phoned tygervalley and was asked the same thing I gave a gentlement at the jewelery/sunglass counter the descriptionof the product a ST Christopher pendant on chain at R239.99 he took my name and promised to phone me back, its a week and no joy. Yesterday another booklet came out 4 December 2016 in the sunday times and once again phoned the fashion hotline and once again I was asked the same thing, why would falsly advert the product when in actual fact to cannot not order it from the hotline or even online. Ot alternatively if its edcon policy to require a barcode or a su then they would put it on the advert. All I want is for someone from Edcon to tell me were I can purchase the St Christopher pendant.
