Bad client service

I am so disappointed with Edgars service. On the 27th November 2022 i purchased 3 pairs of shoes which i knew they will add up to R470 then the guy by the name of Zingisani who was assisting me after scanning the shoes said its gonna be R569.84 ok i thought maybe i wrongly checked the prices so I paid with my bank card then he gave me the slip and i found out that there were 4 items on the slip so I asked him why they are 4 instead of 3 items he checked the plastic and confirmed that he had doubled the other shoe so he will make the correction and refund my R100 back i was fine with that so he did so then gave me my plastic which i didnt check before leaving the store. Then when i get home only to find out that i only have one shoe for that pair that he doubled, the one with a price tag shoe is not in the plastic. I called the store on the 28th November talked to a lady unfortunately i didnt take her name she said they gonna look for the other shoe and then she later get back to me saying the shoe is not in the store and i told her i am definately sure that the shoe is there so she said they will look again and get back to me, since then i haven't heard from them. And i want my shoe guys
