bad cellular service!!!
<p>bought a cherry tablet and its still under warrantee and the seller just refuses to refund me !!! after sitting there for nearly 2.5 hours trying to explain why i am unhappy but SHE told me she can not see the problem so she can not assist me but the next customer asked to exchange a phone because she didnt like the software and guess what THAY EXCHANGED IT FOR HER!!! </p>

Please be advised all cell phones purchased at any Edcon store is strictly supp**** from the relevant network provider. A cell phone can only be exchanged or refunded if the cell phone is deemed out of box failure or the service provider cannot fix the cell phone and therefore will instructed us to replace or refund the customer as stated in our refund policy.

17 Oct 2016, 21:14i got a call today from edgars that said the manager of the store at the Grove mall had a look at my problem's that i lifted and i agree! she did look at it and told me that it is a 8 GB tablet !!! BUT today the tablet notified me that the apps needs to be updated, i updated as such and two apps left it notified me that the system storage is FULL!!!! now how can i be happy if half of the tablet apps close due to SYSTEM STORAGE that cant even update all its own apps?? not even worth a star!!
