Bad business ethicate

I have been retrenched from work 7 months ago and I did have a retrenchment policy with Edgar's I have sent them all my supporting documents multiple time to various departments and no one has got back to me. It's been 8 months now and I'm getting phone from saying my account has been handed over. That's not the way to treat loyal customers that has had an account with ull for over 10 years
