Bad business by Game stores online shopping

My experience with game online shopping has been a nightmare,first a place a simple order for toiletries just to see if their online and delivery service is good but luckily this was a small order which they are still struggling to execute. Out of the whole order only 2 items out the whole order was delivered and then as for the rest of my order I'm getting a run around being sent from one consultant to another and using my airtime to call and enquire about my order as their courier guy "Tinashe"assured me that my order would be delivered today and that still hasn't happened. I am one client who is sure to never do business with Game because of their Inconsistencies and no regard for the consumer!
