Bad behaviour of Egars staff.

My niece had a very bad experience at Edgars Westgate. Was treated very disrespectful by one if the till ladies. Got shouted to put the stuff back because she wanted to bay on her mother's card with the permission and necessary documents from her mother. They wanted the mother to come and sign in person. The way the staff lady handled the matter was very *********** and aggressive. Please Edgars, start training your staff to be more customer friendly and helpful. You have a very bad attitude towards clients.
