Bad Bad Service Ever!

Firstly I am so ****ed right now I do not advise anyone to Purchase or take insurance out at. Edgars promenade! My fone is in repairs since 2 of april 2015 ..I took it they told me they going to send it off to repairs I must collect my fone after 4 weeks,I than went in after that am they told me my account ia in arreas they cannot fix it until its up to date I than paid for many months went back they told me its still in arreas ..3weeks ago I requested to have mu fone back un repaired I than spoke to a person at finrite asking why I want my fone back she will see if it can be repaired updated the stuff like she said they going to fix it I must come back in 7working days time,I than went back an Siphokazi told me the account is still in arreas they cannot fix it! I was so ****ed. Seriously I was excited to have my fone back! So I requested my fone back last week after all they told me to collect it on friday I than went today an IT IS STill not back!!! An they dont know if its sent back yet too! Poor poor service! Its so long if I diddnt do anything about it nothing would have happened! I request something better!!! Cause this cannot go on!
