Bad attiture
I would appreciate if Edgars club takes its workers for training. I called Edcon at 12:40 spoke to Tshepo I informed him that I have not received my birthday voucher and which I was supposed to receive it in November. I have not been receiving vouchers for the past 2 past that edgars club members are entitled for!!! Tshepo tell me that edgars has moved from postal to sms receive and it is my responsibility to call every time I don't receive an sms from edgars. I called last year same time with the same problem.. i don't appreciate a call centre guy giving me bad attitude and asking me stupid questions, EDGARDS educate your stuff <br> . and please lesson to telephone recording. <br>
