bad attitude reserved from cashier

I bought school shoes from adgars active in Kwamnyandu a week before and I had to refund the shoes, 'this cashier' told me that they can only refund me on a gift card and I ask him since when course I bought on cash and why did they not tell me on the day of purchase. He just raise a voice on me in front everybody, customers with a huge attitude. he doesn't need to work with people especially with that attitude, with the experience I've had today I will never ever buy something on any adgars active stores. It was my first time and last time, on top of that he leave me standing in there course he needed to go on lunch while im still waiting for him to resolve the issue. I am so ****ed off, he needs to be taught about customers service. He clearly doesn't know what that is.
