Bad attitude cashier,Dimakatso

On Sunday,the 10-09-2017,i was at Egards,festival mall in Kempton Park,with my mum and sisters. We were served by a cashier by the name of Dimakatso that woman spoke to me and my mother like children.We wanted to buy a bag ,underwear and a few goodies only to find out that we had to pay a difference of R200 and something but instead of informing us politely, she threw the shawl that we had at the back and assumed that we don't have that difference,i was so disgusted by her behavior,she doesn't deserve to work with assisting or serving people course clearly she didn't receive proper training. I am going to make sure that we close our edgars accounts because we cannot be treated like garbage by edgars staff with out own money.
