Bad Attitude and unfriendly
I purchased make-up yesterday at Red Square Mimosa Mall in Bloemfontein. Got helped by a very unfriendly consultant at the shop who did not seem interested to help me. Even after I explained I'm half blind can't really see the make up she just had no interest in helping me. Her attitude sucks I work with clients everyday and if I treated my customers like that they would not come back. We are in retail where selling is the name of the game I would never return to that shop nor any of my friends. Then the system went offline guess the system could feel her bad vibes which a Tania came to help same attitude did not even greet me. If this is the attitude there I'm not returning we spend a lot of money on makeup there can we please get friendlier and helpful service.
