Bad Attitude and Service

I went to Red Square yesterday in search of a Revlon Lipstick that has been discontinued. There was no retail staff at the Revlon display so I approached the cashier(Phindile) at the till point. I enquired about the lipstick and she advised me to go to look for it at the Revlon display...which I duly did. I then asked her if she could advise an alternative colour for the lipstick, she seemed quite irritated to assist me. I did advise her that I have contacted Revlon who advised that the colour has been discontinued. She then called an Indian lady to assist me. The young Indian lady advised that she was packing etc when Phindile screamed and said you will come now and attend to the customer. The Indian lady apologized and advised that Phindile is the Revlon consultant, Phindile advised that she isn't...I told them both, please can you just assist me to find an alternative colour. The Indian lady, checked for alternative colours and found a similar one in Revlon, unfortunately there are no Testers at Red Square in Musgrave centre. I am disappointed at the service levels at Red Square. I eventually purchased the Lipstick from Dischem where it's a pleasure to shop at.
