bad attitude and lack of customer service
On the 19/01/2015 I went to purchase a few school cloths, I came across a Woolies packet & took it with me 2 the q with the attention to hand the parcel at one of the cashier's. It was closing time at I happen to b the last customer in the q.Mary (staff member) walked pass me and kept on giving me this look. I raised the woolies packet and asked if that was by any change hers. She walked up to me and grab the bag and said Ja with a disgusting tone. No thank you, just gave me another angry look at walked off. When I got to the till & as they were busy swiping my gift card the system went off line. I was told that the purchase did not go through. The following day I noticed that the money actually went through so I went back on 20/01/2015 and showed the supervisor the proof. After the lack of service trying to help me I went and spoke to the manager. I told her my situation and that I'm coming all the way from Stellenbosch & cannot come back at certain time for when they customer services are available and that I'm working as well. She arranged something but told me that she needs to keep my gift card and that I can collect it on 24/01/2015. I showed up again and she was not there.
