Bad attitude

I can not begin to explain the excitement I had on the 22nd OCTOBER 2023 after I replaced my Davidoff cool waters cologne, but little did I know that I had just bought a tester instead of the real thing. Given the duration it lasted for after I put it on, I'm convinced that the bottle that the sales assistant had to fetch at the back and deprive me from paying for the gift set that was plastic sealed, right in front of my face is the root of the problem. When I went into the store to ask for an exchange I was given the baddest attitude I have ever experienced in a store environment. Lady by the name BLESSING surely blessed me with disappointment, treating and speaking to me like I stole the gift set or I still have to pay for it whe I bought it for R1265 cash...all I can say is that EDGAR'S STORES sales assistants are not as polite as when you make the purchase. As for me!...I'm never walking into any EDGAR'S STORES ever again.
