Bad. Attitude

Good day I went to edgars today around half past. Twelve at Mams mall to buy school shoes. So I was looking for size 12 but they only have size 11.so I ask the lady who was helping me at the shoes department that where can I get size 12 I don't know her name Caz they were not wearing name tag but she is pregnant ND was very kind. I went to the counter I found a lady then I asked her to check for me if they have size 12 at edgars the groove, so de lady Caz the were customers on the queue, she asked her colleagues to call a person who will help me, the colleague reply was the is a phone the why don't she make a call that time I can't just call without anyone's permission ai asked for her name they said she is Lorraine and the lady who was helping me nthabiseng I also asked here her name then she rep**** to Lorraine please call her for me Lorraine said let her wait the person who suppose to help her then with attitude she went to the perfume department. Nthabiseng had to leave the queue and quickly help me big up to nthabiseng people like her are needed in the retail industry she was very calm and helpful. LORRAINE should be taught how to handle customers and she must have respect to customers.
