As a big company as you are, I think u should hire staff with high levels of skills, knowing how to treat the customer regardless of what the circumstances are. I went to the store to buy sneakers there was a lady at the cashier named Khethiwe as soon as I approached the till she quickly ran to the back. The security called her to assist me after being standing to b served for more than 5mins. She shouted frm the back saying she's not the cashier, she shud atleast came out n tell me in a proffesional manner n that someone else will assist. Few days after I went to exchange the sneakers n the very same person passed some sarcastic remarks to me n I felt embarrassed in the shop thinking how is this girl trained. As a matter of fact customers should b treated fairly. I will never step my foot in that shop n I would share this bad experience with other people. Surprisingly the girl said she will not apologise for her behaviour n the manager sd there's nothing he can do. I wonder how many people in this town receive such service n keep quite? Overall I really dont knw why such behaviour is allowed around customers. You will loose sales and more customers.
