BAD ATTITUDE
I was out of the country for two months, there was no possible way that I was able to make an payment on my account .Today (20-01-2016 time 8:00 pm) I was called by one of there call Centre guys ,he was so rude and spoke so loud that i was not able to hear him. When i asked him who I was speaking to he raised his voice and told me (i am from Edgars you know where you buy stuff.)I told he must speak nice to me and not like an peace of sh@t .This ****ed him off even more. I told him it is not my fault he is having an bad day he screamed at me to shut up and dropped the phone on me .if this is the way Edgars does busy I will make an point of it not to buy from them again and i will spread this story on social media .
