Bad Attitude
I Shopped for a Valentines gift Dior Addiction Priced R1500, after advice from the sales man changed to the more expensive bottle of Dior addiction R1800. the Bottle accidentally broke in my boot. I took it back. the Dm asked what happened, I told him. the response was that they will change the bottle but I **** of the incident. Why ask if you accuse me of lying. On Valentines day my wife opened the gift and it was the incorrect brand of Dior Addiction. we went back to exchange. as per the manager Gary they can't exchange to the correct bottle of Dior Addiction after the fact that the sales man advise me to take this bottle. their policy is different from any other branch of Edgars? We exchange the bottle with a different branch of Edgars with no interrogation or accusations. Through the actions of Westgate branch I will not support any Edgars brand. Treating people like ********* and accusing them of lying.

Kindly be advised that our credit and return policy states that when an item is exchanged, the following criteria needs to be met:
o Must be in its original packaging including the cellophane wrapping and box if applicable
o The proof of purchase must be submitted.
o Must be within the 30 day return period
We are however glad to hear that you were assisted with your brand new perfume, as a gesture of good faith after the original purchase broke in your care.
We can assure you that the concerns you have raised with us, will be addressed accordingly with management.
We however cannot assist with the exchange/ refund as per our T&Cs.
