Bad attitude

I went to change pans that I bought about a month ago. I was exchanging an item that cost R129 which was at the time reduced to R99 for items that cost R400. when I explained to a gentleman who was assisting me that I bought the pans more than a month ago and didn't have a slip anymore, he was clearly willing to assist and was talking to me with respect. he unfortunately needed an authorisation from the lady who had a very bad attitude and has no way of talking to customers at all. she pointed to a board that was written that they cant change if there is no slip and item was bought more than a month ago. what I did not like is her attitude. I asked her to keep quiet if she does not have anything nice to say to me. I finally was assisted when the manager was called.<br> <br> I left the store and the security was supposed to take record of my slip. she also gave me an attitude. I was so upset that I went to the store and asked them to take their stuff back. I finally calmed down and I was promised that the matter will be taken up with the perpetrators. to date I did not get any response from the store and i'm upset that customers are treated bad without action by management.
