Bad Attitude

Yesterday I went to Sandton Edgar's specifically to buy Mac Makeup. When I arrived at the Edgar's store and went to the Mac Cosmetics section. I waited for assistance and a consultant on duty around 7pm who I didn't get her name but was tall, skinny white lady with black hair. She gave me the WORST service as if I was only enquiry about the difference between the Studio Fix & Compressed powder to waste her time. I then asked about Eye Brow stencils and WITH AN ATTITUDE she responded they don't make them. She was just reluctant to assist me because she answered all my questions with attitude! I was so tired from my long drive I let her walk away and I was assisted by another consultant who was a short lady. She more than willingly tried the makeup on me before I purchased it. If it wasn't for her, I would have walked out. People like Consultant #1 should be working with clients especially at an upmarket place like Sandton Shopping Center if she will not be giving good customer service. I didn't get her name but I will be more than willing to drive back and point her out if need be to make sure action is taken against the right consultant. I'm not happy at all and I'm
