Bad and sarcastic service
In the past 2 weeks I have received 2 calls from Edgars informing me that I qualify for VIP status since I'm such a good customer. Every time I get informed that the calls are recorded. The first time I declined to accept and pay for VIP status and I told the caller that I was unhappy with Edgars' service because they can't correctly update my married surname and residential address after I renewed my card and even after I sent an email with all documents attached to Mbali Nkosi on 3 December 2015 after she requested it. Today I received my second VIP call from an English speaking male. He was sarcastic and rude when I stopped him and told him that I had been phoned last week and declined the VIP benefit. I also explained to him that I am unhappy with Edgars' service and that I am planning to close my account as soon as it's paid off. He laughed at me and said good luck with that and put the phone down. This is awful behaviour and angers me towards Edgars. I would like Edgars to update my details correctly with the documents I provided them with and I would like them to stop harassing me with rude phonecalls and to listen to their recordings and address this rude man who phoned.
It is with great displeasure to hear of the overall experience. That is certainly not the type of service that indicates our standards. Please be advised we will refer this query to the Marketing department to remove your name from their list and the agent will also need to be reprimanded as that is not the manner in which to address our customers.
