BAD AND INCOMPEDANT SERVICE

Please stay away from Edgars - I close my account in December and pay the full amount just to receive a statement again of R 86 for the club card - Now why will you close your account and have your club card still open? I have to phone them like 4 times and then you bounce from the one Dept to the other - Why can't they train there staff - tell them if someone close there account ask DO YOU WANT TO CLOSE YOUR CLUB CARD AS WELL - No wonder Edgars is BUNKRUPT
