bad accounts practise

<p>It appears that Edgars is having a problem with receipting Standard bank payments. They are well aware of this and yet continue to send out threatening messages. When I 'phoned them about this thehy acknowledged the problem but blamed their computer system for automated e-mails and messages. I asked (as did my husband) that since they knew about this problem why could they not - to avoid time wastage for the many many clients this must be affecting confirm that there is in fact no problem in writing to no avail. This was escalated to management and again to another manager. Todays statement is still not receipting the funds and has a late charge assessment. I want this reversed and an apology. On this topic, I want to cancel the account protection plan as I never authorised this - I have tried to do this before ! </p>
