Bad Accounts Dep Service

Hi

I need to express my disappointment and frustration with Edgars and inparticulat with the administration and accounts department.

I have now received a statement of my account from Edgars for over 3 years.

Since Edgars stopped emailing the statements I have not received mine. I have requested on many many occasions in store, to have the statement emailed to me but for some unknown reason I simply do not receive it.

I have resorted to purchasing a cheap item on the account from time to time, in order to to see the balance. I have stood in the customer services department for over an hour on more than one occasion trying to rectify this problem but again i still do not receive the account.

But what they do like to do is harass me for money. When I explain to the agent my frustration with they company, they simply ignore me and 'demand'! to know when they will receive the payment. I thus make the payment in order to maintain my credit rating. However this is ridiculous and I am tired of asking and managing this account in this way. I am now making my frustration public and I hope this receive the retailers attention.
