Awaiting Paid up letter Since 03/10/19

On the 2/10/19 I got a settlement from Edgars which I paid the same day. I requested a paid up letter on the 03/10/19 and after speaking to a number of people at Edgars telling me my account had been handed over they cant do anything, today the 15/10/19 still nothing from Edgars and they have not updated my credit profile and no one seems to know what they doing and they have rotten attitudes. Horrible service indeed.
