Awaiting Legal policy for over 30 days for Edgars to send to me

FW: Edgars electronic statement-March18- ********** ********** 57692 logged on the 9TH March 2018. ..Still waiting... I logged a request for my Legal policy which I have been paying for many years, and they stated that it would take 30 days to send it to me.. I accepted that, 30 days later still waiting... This is really shocking service
