Attitude from management

The service I received yesterday at Edgar's in blueroute was really pathetic. Firstly I just came to exchange a pair of shoes the girl who helped me was so blunt and did not care and said I can't change the shoes without a slip, when I asked why does she have a attitude she took a deep shy and said she's studying and she's tired she does not have time for this. At this point I was really annoyed and asked to speak to a manager which was my worst mistake as she was really rude and towards me and told me I need to take something to the value of the shoes cause I'm out of the 30 day period and this was even without checking my account. I told her to check my account history and she said oh yes it's still within 30days. I have received no apology from either of the staff and when I said I'm going to complain and take this further the supervisor Tasneem said they accept all critism and are totally happy with me complaining. What happened to customer service. This store staff is pathectic each and every staff member needs to go on upskill cause on how deal with customers
