Attitude and trading hours
Trading hours are advertised until 6pm but was told by Muzi and Tinyiko (security guards) that the store is closed. Taking into account that it was before 6pm. The guards attitude was disgusting and when asked for the manager I was told that the manager is not present. 2 clients walked into the store a after I had but there was no problem. The security guards continued to have an attitude. I then spoke to an Edgars employee named Skekko who tried to assist. Are times displayed to clients but guards do there own thing and what are the retail stores going to do about that and also about their stinking attitude. I left my details for the manager of the store to call me, will see if he/she does. I am a paying customer.
