Attitude and Impatience

I was approached by Tshepo, he was promoting a voucher offer that the store has available. I then asked him to wait for me as I was still fitting my shoes and then that's when he said to his colleague, you know what let's go because these people are wasting our time, we have better things to do. I then asked a gentleman by the Name of Motheo to call their manager which he did, when the Manager Anzani came to here us out he still went on to say that we are lying, he never said that and even asked the manager how can he take our word over his because we are lying. I have never in my life been more disrespected and given an attitude by somebody that is supposed to be selling the stores items, if he does not know how to be patient then why is he working in an area where he has to deal with people? it was also brought to our attention that it was not the first time that people have complained about him.
