<br> I cannot believe that management has no customer etiquette and therefore you cannot expect more of their staff.<br> Returned a shirt because of poor quality, after one wash it faded and the fabric was so weak it broke.<br> I fully understand that procedure and protocols has to be followed and I can deal with that however in the manner Bukiwe assisted us was bad service and then to top it off the supervisor Nawaal had a stinky attitude.<br> <br> I am so disappointed in the service we received and will no longer shop at Edgars.<br>
