Attitude

I bought trousers at the southgate branch, but when I got home i discovered that I was overcharged cos at the shop there were posters that said buy one get one free, today when I got to the Vanderbijlpark branch to try and rectify this i was told that the pricing is incorrect that they are not southgate and I mustnt bring southgate promotions to them to sort out, a manager was then called who without greeting me threw a paper in front of me to read. The reason I didn't go to the southgate branch is that though I work in Mondeor I stay in sharpville n Vanderbijlpark is the nearest for me when I am at home. Can someone sort this out, i have two witnesses whi can attest to this promotion as they both brought the corduroys and were charge buy one get one free. And it will really help with the staff can be taught about theit attitude towards customers, the cashier assisting me left me n attended to another customer without saying anything further n the one next to her took over with an even worser attitude, emphasis was that they are not southgate. This gives me fhe impression that my sin was shopping at southgate.
