Atrocious Customer Service

I had the most atrocious service from a lady by the name of Lisa in the Edgars call centre. I called to advise her that when I went to Edgars Pavillion to pay my account the teller processed the incorrect amount, I made a further EFT payment and that i was not in arrears. She turned around and made the entire error transaction my fault and then proceeded to put the phone down on my mid conversation. I do not believe people like that should be employed to deal with customers. I will be closing my account and not purchasing from Edgars in future.
