Assistants who do not assist
I was shopping at Edgars this afternoon, and was at the perfume section. Planning to buy one of the perfumes, I stood waiting for someone to come help me so that I could enquire about getting the larger size. Several people walked past and just ignored me. One of your \assistants"heard me saying I was waiting for help"
