ASSISTANCE

Good day<br> <br> Last year i bought a phone from Edgars a Verrssed VP1 for R999-00.<br> The warranty has expired on the phone and im having issues with the software.<br> <br> I called the call centre but ive been pushed from pillar to post. Nobody is willing to assist me with regards<br> to the handset.<br> <br> There is no SUPPORT on the website. All im asking for is guidance as to how i will be able to repair it without sending it away. <br> <br> Clearly the agents know nothing about the handset. There was no effort made.
