Approaching 3 days and still waiting for approval

Good day almost 2 days has passed now and we are approaching day 3 now and you still cant even inform me if my account has been approved, even after phoning you tell me its because i recently had an account that i closed that is extending the delay, i say thats not possible because my previous account was 4 years old never skipped a payment so its easy for you because you know my payment history, i cant even explain how many times i have struggled with edcon dont care attitudes there is simply no hurry, and no great service. For example if you buy a car on credit does it take 3 days for approval, no because they value their customers.
