appauling service

i paid odd my edgars account ans wanted.to close it the same.day was told.i cant since it doesnt reflect and should.come back another day . so i did but was told i now owe money for airtime subscription that i apperantly signed up for after i paid off the account went to enquiries thet logged a call with company and was told to wait for a call from the company no call haa been recieved went ro store they called the company was on hold for over an hour still no reaponse . i want them to reverse the amount and close the account
