Appalling service Edgars mams mall

We went to the store with my sister and was told that we needed to use the men's fitting rooms. when we politely asked that we needed the ladies fitting room to open so that we can try on the clothes that we wanted to buy they told us that we had to use the mens fitting room which was packed with a lot of guys in it, the staff then made reference to other outlets doing the same thing as if that makes the practice right. I find it very appalling that an established business like Edgars doesn't take the safety of the safety of its customers seriously in an era where women are getting attacked and abused on a daily basis you still choose to have staff stand around chit chatting rather thsn doing what they are supposed to.
