Appalling Service - Edgars Fourways

Pathetic service from Edgars Fourways. Purchased a few item using Pay just now, transaction went through however they couldn't give me the goods as am told the transaction didn't go through. Show all well on my app and the funds gone off to Edgars Fourways. This issue has been ongoing for now two weeks and still don't have any clue when will this be resolved. I don't know if it's incompetence or lack of knowledge from the guys at the store.
