Appalled by Edgars

Edgars has advised I owe them money and that I have made purchases, however I have proof confirming that I have no made any purchases and I have proof confirming that I paid the account to zero balance. I keep calling them and sending emails yet no one responds. Today I called the number on the email I was sent once again saying that I owe them money and they said it’s RCS not Edgars I don’t have any affiliation with RCS at all and before whatever take over happened I settled the account. I spoke to Sanele who again put the phone off in my ear the call was put off at 09:52 and I want a recording of it and I want this girl punished because I am so angry right now and this is not the kind of service that I expect from such a big company. I need someone to call me back right now
