Appaled by the brand

I sent someone to buy me my normal Estee Lauder makeup at Edgars South Gate Mall. When I tried to use the make up it had a funny colour as opposed to the normal Rich caramel that I use. I then took an old bottle of the makeup to compare with the one given to me and the bottle was different and also the contents. I returned the makeup and was given a replacement bottle. My view is that the Estee Lauder conter at South Gate is selling to us consumers **** products at the suggested retail price and that is not in line with the principle of TCF. I would like someone to contact me either from the store or Estee Lauder and explain to me why I was sold a **** product of the brand.
