Answers needed: Edgars

I just want to say that I have been battling with someone giving me letter stating that my account is not record for Edgards. I called customer service today where I was told they cannot give me a contact number for the department dealing with the account nor can they confirm with which company the account was handed over to if it was handed over- all I got was a generic email (***) really? and the worst part is I said how urgent this is but we all know this email addresses goes into a pool where first come first served is handled- this is Urgent and I need it resolved as such.
