ANOTHER TERRIBLE REVIEW

Poor service,this is my 2nd complaint on hello Peter regarding the same issue prior to this,edgars has enlisted me on the credit Beaureu for a balance owing of 395,after me paying this account off a year ago via eft to their Attoneys,they haven’t given me a paid up letter now my name is completely destroyed for a mere R395,I have being into the branch a total of 14times and have not being assisted properly not once,they told me to contact the following numbers in order to resolve this matter in which i keep getting referred to a different department, (edgars customer care,edgars legal,Rcs edgars,nimble group,Ncrs,Transunion) and all of these people tell me to go to my service provider which is edgars and they keep telling me the same thing to phone these people
