Annoying marketing policy
The decision by Edgars that it is a great idea to phone people using an electronic or recorded voice to tell the prospective client how wonderful Edgars is, needs review. Personally as soon as I hear the voice I hang up the phone. All they have succeeded in doing is put me off the company and made sure that I will continue not to shop there.

My compliant is that I have not signed up for this harassment and wonder why they feel they have the right to annoy me in this fashion. My phone is for work purposes and so I cannot ignore incoming calls. If you want to annoy me with spam calls, then at least have the gumption to do it in person, that way I can make clear my thoughts on your rude invasion of my privacy.
