Annoyed customer

I am absolutely annoyed of the level service.....even worse now that it's under RCS group. I've sent emails requesting feedback on my account and for them to reconcile accordingly and up till now I'm still waiting. Further more theres a transaction on the statement I have no knowledge about and it's still not sorted.

Ive attempted calling the call centre, but never got through to an agent. I really don't know what hell is going on. And my patience is wearing out.
