Annoyed and bored customer with the TFG/JET/Edgars/RCS because who am I supposed to be dealing with now?

I had an account with Edgars and closed the account requested a settlement amount,and asked forthe account to be closed. The balance was caused by insurance claims of which was also closed on the same day.

1. The account was never closed from Edgars and the Jet insurance kept on debiting the account despite it being closed 2. A year later I start receiving statements that the account is not closed. Then I find out the settlement account provided to me was wrong and later on one says we did not request the settlement amount. so much for contradicting themselves. 3. When we requested the settlement amount they said insurance has got nothing to do with them. now they are saying they did not close the account because the insurance was debiting?? kanjani?

Can they please go back and listen to their recordings when the settlement was done and close this matter.
