Angry client ***

I am very disappointed with the service of Edgar's as a whole and Edgar's Ermelo in April was retrenched sometime in May I submitted my retrenchment letter also with ID, ui19 of which it was my 1st time submitting ui19 for claims but anyway I submitted all those documents was promised that claim will be processed but suprise enough am handed over and now my credit score is affected am getting calls day in day out. My problem is one what was the account protection plan for and insurance was being deducted for?
