I am not happy with edgars. I opened an account because it was advertised as 6 months interest free and now i look and i am being charged interest. This is unacceptable that you lure people in with false pretenses. The whole dam reason i closed my other account and opened with edgars cos it was interest free.

Please be advised your account is not on a 12 months plan, but on a 6 month interest free plan. You have however, a compulsory 'Account Protection Plan', it is an insurance cover that will assist in settling your account in any case you pass away, get retrenched or have a permanent disability. There is also a 'club VIP' membership, which you may cancel with our accounts department on ***, if you wish not to have it on your account. We apologise for the overall experience.
